Why should the government want to trace our daily lives as if we are a bunch of terrorists? It seems as if the government is paranoid, not its people. It's more government interference in the lives of ordinary citizens. That makes it more dangerous. The US government also wants to know what books you checkout at the library. This is another step in line of more control and smacks of Biblical prophecy of the "mark of the beast" concepts. If you don't possess this "card" you will be unable to get a job, cash checks, conduct in commerce, etc. What other countries do is their internal business. As for the US, I think it's an intrusion.

'06 Honda CRF250r v.s. '07 KTM 250 RFS...Which is better?

Which one should I choose? Honda's never been rebuilt, needs a front fork seal, and its all stock. Has no clue how many hours. Never been raced and the guy wants $2950 but will take any reasonable offers. I heard the Honda's have valve trouble? Are they strong bikes? Are they reliable bikes? The Honda Kelly Blue Books at $2965. There is no Honda dealer here in my town either. Alright now for the KTM! Its has been rebuilt from the crank up the Fall of 2010. Dark World decks are really competitive these days. Right now i would rate your deck a 7/10. I definately have some advice that i think would make ur deck more powerful. As for the monsters, im not sure why u have marchmallon in there; i know its a good stall card, but it doesnt fit well with the theme and many cards can kill it these days, like judgment dragon, dark armed dragon, gladiator beast gyzarus and murmillo, celestia,etc. I also dont think u should main deck reign-Beauxes cause to get its effect off, your opponent has to activate a discarding card and choose the correct one from your hand, all in all its just seems too situational. I would add a third silva, and also i would put bronn mad kin at 3 and broww at 3. Take out 1 khakki also. For your traps take out cheerful i would add more staples like mystical space typhoon, and etc. Also i would take out magic cylinder. Im not sure how many cards that is left, but im sure with these changes ur deck will run more smoothly. Hoped i helped!

I've only been working for about a month now and as school is starting I realize that a heavy work load and many extracurricular activities make having a job very difficult, if not impossible for me. Here's the weird-er part. I'm also getting kind of frightened by my boss/owner of the work place. He has an unfortunate reputation of being "creepy" and after experiencing it firsthand, I feel very uncomfortable in the workplace and would like to leave asap. I've been angry for so long. My friend instigated a fight between me and her, in the street. She beat me up so badly, my family and i threatened to call the police. She called me on the day ten times, at least, begging for us to just talk. Two days later again she was on the phone to my brother for almost fourty five minutes, trying to get him to put me on the phone. I swore at her and called her every name under the sun. I am 5'9 1/2" I weigh 163. I am trying to burn enough fat to build a nice six pack and put on lean muscle. My BMI is around the low 20's and my BF% is around 12%. I now do 3 days a week full body lifts(60-75 mins) and 3 days of cardio(30-45 mins) I have heard that my workout is too long and I also hear you get better results if you let your muscles rest and split up by doing 2 muscle groups a day.(M- legs and lower back, W abs and upper back, F arms and chest) I am also wondering how many exercises per muscle group(how may bis, tris, shoulders, legs, back, etc....)

Clutch question for 1985 chevy s10 pickup?

truck seems to shift ok most of the time. occionaly if clutch is depressed to long it acts similar to a brake with no hydraulic fluid...while still depressed it's as if the clutch has been disengaged and the truck starts to move. this can also happen in reverse...if I turn off the engine and pump the clutch, this typically "clears" it up for while. Again, this typically occurs when the clutch is depress for length of time. What's going on?

I have to, have to read it or i feel i will fail to exist, BUT my mother says there is to much "a huggin' and a kissin'" I have been asking about every day for a week if i could read it and she keeps saying ask later so i do the next day and she says maybe and i don't know and maybe again. I need to break this ongoing block of maybe's and IDK's but i don't know how. I have considered reading it behind her back but i know that i would surely expose myself for once a book is in my hands it's stuck there until its over. I almost never use bookmarks now! So I'm trying to use the read-it-behind-her-back as a last resort. I need other ideas on what to say and what to do to get her to let me read the book. I waited 2 months for eclipse and i think i can wait longer for breaking dawn because from what i have heard I'm definitely not gonna be allowed to read it till I'm 15 or 18. This is a good question. I think it may depend on where you are riding, and what the goal is. For example, for riding out on the trails it would differ from what is needed in competition. Bits, saddles, plates, etc. are all distractions. But they may be needed to accomplish goals. If by "stiff" you mean restricted, then all tack makes a horse "stiff" to some degree. Fly veils can prevent the distraction of flies, but produce distraction and irritation from the veil itself. It's about determining which is the lesser of evils. plates pull and tug on the chest, but they also keep saddles from slipping backward, so which distraction is worse? I don't know what stud girths are, so I can't comment on that. But I believe that every device affects a horse's performance, and depending on the situation, it can enhance it or detract from it.

So, i bought Undead Nightmare today brand new. I put it into my PS3 and it will not load. There will also be students that drop out or move off campus. It then becomes a question of when and how many. I would check the BB on campus and see if you can get several others looking for housing to go in and rent an apartment together. Understand, that if you get 4 people to rent an apartment and 1 gets housing, that leaves 3 people splitting the rent. If another gets housing, it could be just 2 splitting the rent. The housing department should also provide you with apartments to check with and don't forget renting a room in a private house.

i think that you would be safe taking the second train....everytime i fly, i leave from philly...it wont take as long as you think as long as you are prepared, ie: luggage, tickets, etc....i reccomend getting ur tickets online, it will save you time...also, to save you time, make sure that in ur carryons u dont have any liquid more than 3 oz...they are very strict about that, so make sure that you have anything over 3 oz in ur suitcase...we once got to the ariport at 5:30 and out flight was at 8, we missed out flight because we had things in our carryon that were more than 3 oz....hope this helps, good luck, and have an awesome trip!!!

I feed the local deer in my woods a mixture that i found they really love, it is a mixture of equal parts deer pellets, corn kernels coated in moles and then double that amount in cracked corn,(to sorta coat the moles in fine corn powder so it wont clump in my feeder and jam it up) will it attract fox or coyotes? I have only witnessed Deer, crows, squirrels and the wayward coon eating from the feeder. The Turkeys will pick up the corn from the ground under and around the feeder but I have never seen Fox or coyote there or even seen tracks but I did see some that looked like dog but there are really no strays in the area that I have ever seen. What would attract Coyote and Fox?

Why Common is not a sellout...?

I guess I agree, my opinion on whether or not he is a sell out changes almost daily but oddly enough does not change his position as one of my favorites. As for the Lily Allen argument, her fans aren't primarily pre-teen girls, the fact that Common did a song with a boy band pretty much pissed me off. But the thing about Common is he has always switched up his style and did what he wanted despite what "hip hop heads" thought about it and in most cases the changes didn't make him more money. If you really want to play then play. it takes time to develop. i used to stick my hands in hot sand repeatedly for caluses, works but kinda hurts at first. also get a rubber ball and squeeze it for about 15-20 min. a day to build up muscle tone at your hand and wrist. works!! sometimes friction on your heavy gauge e string helps too. try using diffrent fingers on the big E!

I was out shopping on Sunday with FH"s stepmom, who has been nothing but kind and supportive, the exact opposite of FMIL. We stopped in a shoe store as a lark and I found my wedding shoes! Word got back to FMIL and she is PISSED. Corrupted filenames on flash drive?

I have a 512MB USB flash drive. Usually I have no problems with it, but today when I was copying files onto it, I decided to cancel the copy before it finished. I then left to go do something, during which time the power went out at my house. When I got back and restarted my computer, some of the filenames on the drive are now corrupt. For instance, one of them looks like "█A»Gü9ÉÑτü│" Some of the corrupted names are folders, some are files. I cannot access any of them though. If I try to open one of the corrupted files or folders, it says "Cannot open the specified file." I have run ChkDsk, and it says it found and repaired errors, but the files are still corrupted. What should I do? My OSs are Windows XP Media Center and Windows XP Professional. Any help is appreciated.

Is grinding on pushrod guide plates ok? they wont clear!

I just bought a set of AFR 205 heads to put on my ford 351 Windsor stroker. i just realized that the pushrod guide plates are terrible! the push rods are unable to sit straight because the slot in the guide plate forces them over! i have heard of this problem happening before on these heads, but now i need to do something about it. is it ok to just grind the plates until the push rods clear? to be honest, i dont really even understand the purpose of guide plates, other than to ist in embly and offer a solid base for the rocker studs on aluminum heads. i dont have a problem grinding on the plates, as long as i know it wont damage something. i appreciate the help!

I am in a horrendous situation and I'm looking for at least the opportunity to work things out with my girlfriend and to better understand what has happened. It is still very unclear. A brief history before I get into the actual situation: I was her boss in 2002. We have known each other since then. In the summer of 2007 we went on a few dates. Things felt like they were going well...we talked a lot and then suddenly she stopped talking to me. Nothing. I tried to reach her. Nothing. No explaination except for the fact she thought I was too old. She was 21; I was 27. She wasn't even willing to discuss it. Then in February of 2008 I got a text from her apologizing for being a "*****" and saying she "missed" talking to me. By April, I had asked her to be exclusive. Everything was fine until this past weekend. In the previous weeks we had a few misunderstandings. She wanted to go to her college (graduated in May of this year) to visit her friends. I did not want her to go because I had a very important show to do on the air and she promised she woudl be there. She told me I was trying to control her. 2 weeks later, she again wanted to go see her friends at school. What bothered me most was we had plans to go the following weekend. I also had planned a special surprise night out on the town...dinner and a show. I did not want to ruin it. So I told her over and over I didnt want her to go. While discussing this I told her I didnt like her going without me especially since we were going together the following weekend for a party. She explained it was different being with her friends when I was there..that she couldnt do certain things with her friends when I was there. Obviously..this didnt sit well. The arguments continued. By Wednesday, things were still kinda rough between us. We were still being physical, that never changed, and then later that night this came up while in bed and I finally told her I wasn't trying to control her. I just had plans for us to have a special surprise wekeend to celebrate our 6 month anniversary. She appeared to feel bad and told me she wasn't going to go see her friends. Thursday she texted saying she had to clean her room and hang with her family tonight so I may not hear from her. I got a text around 8:45 and she said "sorry Im not ignoring you...Im just busy. Im gonna go to the bathroom and head to bed. I love you baby." That said...Friday came around...she had a bridal shower to go to. She texted me during the day to say she was gonan go to the bar with them after the bridal shower. I said that was fine. I didnt hear from her until midnight. She texted saying she didnt realize it was going to be so late. I was heading over. She was asking if I was on my way...and texted "hurry up...im tired. where are you?" I wrote back..." doyou want me to turn around" and she said "noooooo" I got to her house..we went upstairs...and started fooling around. Of coruse...I didnt understand this..she gave into me...took it off. We went to bed after we mutually fooled around. In the morning...I asked her what we were doing that day..and she said she wasnt sure yet...she had to clean her room at her step moms. And I said...you todl me you did that on thursday. and she said no...I went out with my step mom. She then went down to breakfast. I didnt go with her. She came back upstairs and got onto the bed next to me and said...I cant do this anymore. And I said 'do what? Fight? or be in a relationship?" she said both. I then kinda whimpered almost and tried to hug her and ask why. She fought the hug first but then allowed it. I had to keep asking her to look at me. She kept covering her eyes. She gave me very little reason as to why this was occurring. She just said she needed space. The convo continued. She seemed very eager to get out of there. I figured out she was going to be going to ME to be with her friends at school (that she graduated from in May). She didnt wanna talk things out or anything. She just continued to tell me I was gonna keep her there til midnight. I didnt. I asked her if it was really over should I take my stuff and she said "do what you want." Through the whole thing...we said I love you many times..sometimes she didnt say it back..but it was returned. We also kissed and hugged even. I left on Saturday at 12 noon. Tuesday I sent an email and a text. The text said I had emailed and please check it. The email expalined my side. That I wasnt trying to control her and that I trusted her and wanted her to be happy.
