What are good summer projects for younger teens?

Well, I'm 14 and bored(what a good combination). I have nothing to do and I always waste my summer. I don't know woodwork and my mom says I can't do anything like that(what a dreamcrusher!), so what do I do? I want something I can work on everyday and have an actual result! Not blinging flip flops or making jewelry. Thats worthless to me. Do you have any ideas? Oh, and PS, i dont have like ANY money. Maybe like 70 bucks at the most. I dont get allowance.
