Which rifle would be more accurate?

in my opinion the shorter bull barrel would be more accurate than the longer one, less vibration but that is the part of the guy behind the gun also, if you both set over sand bags and take your time between shots, let the barrel cool they may shoot the same, are you using handloads or factory ammunition?
