What courses do you need to take in college to become a g (wine) grower?

one of my dreams is to have my own vineyard and make wine out of it obviously lol. but i really don't know how to get started like is there cretin courses i should take in college or something like that? any links to web site would be really helpful. oh and im 18 starting college this fall.
