What can she do? 6 mo pregnant with 4 yr old son?

My bestfriend is 22 and 6 months pregnant and also has a 4 yr old little boy. Her fianc� is currently turning in applications and he can't seem to find a job. She is on bedrest (doctors orders) and they are getting evicted from their apartment. They have one week to find a place, but the problem is that she has a felony from when she was in highschool. She was only 18 and she hadent had a child yet. She has been applying anywhere and everywhere for an apartment only to get denied because of her felony... The welfare office said they will help with up to 750 dollars to move in but she has to find a place to accept her.we live in Spokane Washington... I don't want to see her and her kids homeless... What can we do? We only have a week. I would let her and her children live with me but I am currently living in a one bedroom apartment with my daughter and husband. Please help with advice of who will take her and her children with her felony... And her current income Is 570 from tanif monthly and 600 dollars a month from her nanny job..
