Can a Marine become an Officer?

Im in 11th grade and i really want to join the Marines after High school and make it my life career, But I also really want to go to Maritime college and do the NR-OTC program to become a Marine Officer, But i don't want to wait that long! all i want to know is, is it possible for a Marine to become a Marine Officer? any feedback will be much appreciated! thank you all very much.
