Does a T-REX qualify as a motorcycle among motorcyclists?

Nah man, it's a cage, although a very cool one. We don't even consider the Can-Am spider a Motorcycle, and it is pretty cool as well, but it has three wheels, two up front like a car. Here's what I'm going to do when I am in a wheelchair, get a Ural with a sidehack, modify it with a drop ramp up front so I can back the wheelchair I am in on, pull the ramp up, slide my but over, and off I go.
