What type of investment would best help pay my morgage?

just bought a house, i close on the 5th im planing on putting $55,000 to make my payment $917 with the overpriced $3100 property taxes in it. i have enough money to buy the house outright thanks to getting t-boned and a fake knee but id rather invest the money to ware it can earn value and possibly help pay the mortgage. im 26 and kinda soul searching now and dont really have a career. me and my father own a irrigation company but have been struggling the past 3 years here in mn. give me your two cents , i have put $20000 into a few stocks like goog,ntes,rig,xom, some cheap ford and wfc. but these are stocks for gaining value hopefully. im looking for something that i dont have to sell to make money because what happens after you sell? hope for a crash? please advise a young curious mind
