DO I HAVE TUBERCULOSIS?

I am so scared right now that I am almost crying. I have most of the symptoms of tuberculosis but the thing is when I looked up my symptoms it didn't have my main symptoms, which are mild chest pressure and shortness of breath. But I do have weight loss, fever, and loss of appetite. I dont know if the weight loss and loss of appetite is from the gallbladder surgery I had a couple of weeks ago and I dont know if I its anxiety or not. I'm just so confused on whats wrong with me. Does tuberculosis show up on chest xrays and is it treatable?
