Pokemon battle advise please?

My cousin has challenged me to a pokemon battle. He thinks his team is unbeatable. He has lots of powerful dragon pokemon like rayquaza. I have pokemon pearl. Has anyone any ideas as to a good team to train with sugested moves to beat him.
