Is it not racist when one group of people are given special treatment?

I hear ya brotha. I too dream and long for the day that our here Martin Luther Kings dreams are obtains and that everyone will see each other as brothers and sisters who are equal. I'm from Kentucky and I learned all about my heritage and others as well in school. There were times of racism and it still exists but things are a changing across this great land and those who refuse to go forward whether they be black, white, yellow or brown will be left in the dust of their own self righteous existence.
