AVS Audio Editor Help?

Ok, I downloaded it to use it to edit some garage recordings for my band, but I have no clue how to use it. I looked all over for "how to" guides and tutorials, but EVERY SINGLE ONE is just showing me how to convert stuff and install the program, which I have no use for either. PLEASE HELP ME JUST FIND OUT HOW TO EASILY AND QUICKLY POLISH MY RECORDINGS???
